Christobal Villafranco, FCCA
Owner and Founder
A Certified Professional Accountant with over 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial advisory services. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Practicing Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Belize (ICAB), with a Certificate in Business Valuation. Professional experience includes 12.5 years at PKF Belize, serving extensively as Audit Manager, along with experience in banking, higher education, and freelance accounting. Specializes in audit, risk assessment, forensic accounting, business valuation, taxation, payroll, bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and the application of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing.
Karis Villafranco
Senior Auditor/Accountant
Karis is an experienced accounting and audit professional with more than eight years of experience in external and internal auditing. She has worked across a wide range of industries, including banking, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. Karis has extensive experience conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits, evaluating internal controls, preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS, and identifying opportunities to strengthen business processes. She is recognized for her leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused audit and accounting services.
Krishaun Villafranco
Senior Auditor/Accountant
Krishaun is an accounting professional with experience in audit, tax, and financial reporting. He earned a Master of Accounting Degree from Saint Louis University and brings a strong background in public accounting and client service. Prior to joining Villafranco & Associates, Krishaun spent three years with PKF Belize conducting financial statement audits and preparing financial reports. He also worked for approximately 18 months with Scheffel Boyle CPAs, a public accounting firm headquartered in Illinois, where he performed audit engagements and prepared tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations. Krishaun is pursuing his CPA designation as he continues to expand his expertise in accounting and tax.
